What is the address?

U15 (Street Level), 9 Hare Place, Rouse Hill, NSW – We are located at the back of the complex as you enter the driveway.

What spaces can I hire?

Studio Blanko offers two distinct spaces:

The Studio
Our large blank-canvas event and creative space, with access to the kitchen with commercial fridge, stove top, oven, coffee machine (pods can be purchased), hot water tank, furniture, amenities and flexible open-plan layout.

The Loft
A smaller, styled upstairs creative space designed particularly short sessions for photographers, content creators, influencers, interviews, brand shoots and smaller creative sessions. Access to amenities, with no access to kitchen.

The spaces may be booked separately or together depending on your requirements and availability.

What is the capacity of the space?

Our space is designed to comfortably host 50–60 guests, or up to 80 guests cocktail-style.

Is there parking?

Yes! We have 3 private on-site car spaces directly opposite the entry of our studio, plus a nearby disabled space and ample free street parking. Please ask guests to check any street signs.

Is there WiFi available?

What events is the space suited for?

Yes. High-speed internet is available for Studio Blanko clients, making the space suitable for content creation, uploading media, meetings, workshops and corporate sessions.

Studio Blanko is a flexible, elevated blank canvas designed for photo shoots, brand activations, workshops, content creation, product launches, creative projects, pop up hub, corporate events and all functions, parties and celebrations. Whether it is a baby shower, product launch or creative content day, the studio is yours to style, create and bring your vision to life.
